Job Title: Senior Engineer- FileNet Administrator Years of Experience: 4 to 6 years Location: Bangalore Role Summary: Responsible for the technical design and development for complex workflow solutions. Serves as a technical expert on solutions developed on IBM BPM(BAW), ECM and Java, Roles in this function require broad and deep technical knowledge on IBM BPM(BAW), ECM, JAVA, Banking and Insurance Processes. What will you do Customer facing. Works closely with the Project Lead, Project Manager, Scrum master, Scrum team members, Product managers as well as other Business and technical stakeholders to maintain alignment of the Project deliverables. Highly motivated, disciplined and self-directed with a commitment to excellence Engage with clients, prospects and business partners to understand workflows and client needs and transform those requirements into an implemented automated business process Facilitate process design sessions Analyze business processes and document current and recommended future state Work closely with business and technology partners to ensure a clear translation from business to systems requirements Mandatory work experience within an agile practice as a member of a multi-discipline team What skills required Min 3 - 7 years experience in FileNet Administration. 5.x, 5.2.2, 5.5 File Net P8 Process Engine (PE); File Net P8 Content Engine (CE); Content Navigator, IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Experience in designing, implementing and supporting IBM FileNet ECM systems. Having Knowledge on FileNet API s. Manage, maintain and support hardware and software configurations Experience in installation, configuring, upgrade, migration and supporting FileNet P8 in an enterprise environment Diagnoses, isolates and debugs software problems and performs problem resolution in a timely manner, including opening and monitoring trouble tickets with vendor when necessary. E xperience on development to work on workflow modifications and small changes Monitors ECM system performance and takes corrective action to optimize usage of system resources, consulting with IT staff on application design, implementation, or maintenance issues C apacity and availability of the FileNet WAS environment FileNet Certification (FCP) - preferred Should have knowledge about all FileNet configurations, integrations, Migration and upgrade knowledge. Good to Have Knowledge on FileNet API s. Should have debugging skills on spring boot and micro services Handson programming on JAVA, Node JS Good experience in WebSphere Application Server V6.x, 7.X, 8.X and 9.X Well versed with Database concepts. Working knowledge of OS - AIX, Linux, WIN Must have worked in a customer facing environment Strong communication skills Should have strong troubleshooting skills.
