Sr. Engineer Field Production

As a Senior Engineer responsible for operating and monitoring FPSO process systems, your main purpose is to ensure safe and efficient operations within the guidelines set by the Production Manager and Control Room. Your role involves continuous monitoring of equipment, coordination during start-ups and shutdowns, and guiding field engineers in critical operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor plant and equipment performance, availability, and reliability, reporting deviations for timely rectification. - Operate various equipment such as pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, distillation columns, pressure vessels, and tanks following established guidelines. - Act as Area Authority to ensure all work is done safely and in compliance with permit conditions. - Participate in risk assessments and emergency response drills. - Maintain clear logs of events, record operating parameters, and initiate corrective actions when necessary. - Ensure timely release of equipment for maintenance, compliance with PTW, and closure of permits. - Participate in toolbox talks, maintenance discussions, and support root cause analysis. - Provide inputs for alarm rationalization, shutdown plans, and chemical inventory updates. - Stop unplanned discharges, monitor waste disposal procedures, and pollution control measures. - Ensure proper chemical injection and optimize usage. - Relay information accurately to seniors, Control Room, and management. - Mentor and support new field engineers. **Qualifications:** - Graduate degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Petroleum Engineering **Experience:** - Specific Experience: Minimum 4 years in offshore/FPSO field operations - Overall Experience: Minimum 8 years If you are interested in this role, kindly email your application to enpcareers.hr@ril.com.,
