SR Engineer - Bending

As a Senior Engineer - Bending at our new plant of Transformer Radiator Manufacturing in Ganapatpura, Vadodara, you will be responsible for overseeing the bending process to ensure high-quality production of radiators. Your role will involve designing, optimizing, and improving bending operations, collaborating with other teams, and implementing advanced techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce defects in the manufacturing process. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on bending operations, preferably in transformer radiator manufacturing or similar industries. - Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of bending processes, materials, and equipment. Proficiency in CAD software for process design. - Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills with a history of improving manufacturing processes. - Quality Standards: Knowledge of ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards for transformer radiators. Key Responsibilities: - Bending Process Design & Optimization: Develop and optimize bending processes to meet specifications and quality standards. - Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Ensure proper functioning of bending machines and equipment. - Team Leadership & Training: Lead and mentor bending operators and technicians, providing guidance and training. - Process Improvement: Analyze and improve bending processes for efficiency and quality. - Quality Control: Ensure bending operations meet quality standards. - Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify and resolve bending defects and issues. - Collaboration with Teams: Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams. - Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports. - Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards. - Innovation & Research: Stay updated on bending technology advancements. Preferred Skills: - Experience with CNC Bending Machines is a plus. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
