Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Supervise, plan, and execute
Electrical works
for high-rise residential project.
Handle
HT/LT electrical systems
, transformers, DG sets, panels, bus ducts, earthing, and lightning protection.
Oversee
internal & external electrification works
, including wiring, cabling, lighting, power distribution, and metering.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and site teams for design, drawings, and execution alignment.
Ensure
integration with MEP services
(HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, lifts, STP, WTP, etc.).
Review electrical shop drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and load schedules.
Monitor and control
site progress, quality, safety, and cost
.
Conduct material inspections, vendor coordination, and ensure proper installation as per IS/IEC standards.
Prepare and maintain documentation, progress reports, and checklists.
Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and electricians.

Key Skills Required:

Strong experience in
high-rise residential projects (30+ floors)
.
Good knowledge of
MEP coordination
in Mivan structure projects.
Familiarity with
statutory approvals, safety standards, and electrical codes
.
Ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and site teams independently.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
