Job Description for Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager ( Maintenance Elect & Mech. ) 1 JOB TITLE / POST : Sr. Engineer / Asstt. Manager ( Maintenance ) 2 ROLE SUMMARY : The incumbent should be able to resolve day to day machine break down mechanical as well as electrical. He should have good exposure in Press Machine, Shearing, compressor, generator, mig welding, spot welding, M&TR m/c, lathe and drilling etc. He should have good knowledge to find out problem in the above said machines and solve / remove the fault. The candidate should have good exposure in electrical & mechanical problem solution of the aforesaid m/c. Knowledge of electrical panel, HDMI & PLC etc. 3 DUTIES : Able to set & prioritize companys goals. Can make policy to achieve the set goals of the company. 4 QUALIFICATION : Dip or B.Tech. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed Institute / University. 5 SKILL : Good communication skill written and verbal. 6 EXPERIENCE : Must have worked for reputed Automobile Industries having aforesaid machines minimum 10 to 15 years. 7 SALARY : At par with market value with similar industries. No bar for deserving candidates. 8 ROLE EXPECTATIONS : Candidate should be able to achieve the target fixed by the top management. 9 REPORTING TO : Director & M.D.
