Sr. Electrical Design Engineer

Role Overview: As an Electrical Design Engineer at Aerocraft Engineering India Pvt. Ltd., you will be involved in building design projects in the United States. The projects you will handle encompass various building types such as multi-residential buildings, industrial facilities, commercial complexes, hospitality spaces, and medical institutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing electrical load calculations, budgeting, system sizing, and layout planning following U.S. codes - Creating Schematic and Construction Documentation for different building types - Developing Design Documents and assisting in detailing joints and penetrations for electrical systems - Generating BOQs and detailed drawings for electrical components - Conducting product research to ensure functionality and code compliance - Supporting LEED certification efforts through documentation and recommending strategies for improved efficiency in lighting and power Qualifications Required: - Degree in Electrical Engineering (ME/BE or equivalent) - Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical building design - Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit - Working knowledge of MS Office tools - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Prior experience with U.S. or international projects preferred About Our Company: Aerocraft Engineering India Pvt.
