Sr. Dotnet Developer

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex desktop applications using WPF, C#, and the .NET framework. Your role will involve leading and implementing scalable architecture using design patterns such as MVC or MVVM to enhance performance and maintainability. As part of the job, you will drive the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, code reviews, testing, and deployment. Proactively troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving high-level application issues to ensure reliability and performance will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA, and product managers, will be essential to deliver robust software solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best development practices. Maintaining code integrity and version control using Git and branching strategies will also form part of your daily tasks. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in desktop application development and suggest improvements as needed. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in C# and WPF development. A strong command over OOP principles, data structures, multithreading, and design patterns is essential. A deep understanding of MVVM and/or MVC architecture in enterprise-level applications is required. Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems is a must. Experience in debugging complex applications and optimizing performance will be advantageous.
