Job Description

As a highly skilled Digital Marketing/Campaign Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, track, and optimize REAL ESTATE Digital Marketing initiatives across all channels. You should have a strong grasp of current digital tools and strategies and be able to lead an integrated digital marketing role as the primary point of contact for the agency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage a content marketing strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals and objectives, creating annual and monthly activity calendars in collaboration with the Marketing Head. - Devise strategies and tactics to increase company/project visibility and drive qualified traffic to websites and media channels. - Brainstorm innovative growth avenues, such as customer, employee, and community engagement initiatives, as well as brand-specific collaborations and influencer partnerships in coordination with BTL leads. - Plan, execute, monitor, and report on all digital marketing initiatives according to the monthly calendar, including SEO/SEM, social media, and performance advertising, ensuring seamless integration with LMS, Meta Google, and other partners. - Enhance and maintain social media presence, while analyzing the effectiveness and engagement of marketing content. - Demonstrate a refined sense of brand design and the ability to create basic content/copy for social media and other internal and external communications. - Increase website reach and impressions to enhance brand awareness and visibility. - Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating them against goals (ROI & KPI). - Develop and manage website content and performance to achieve top SERP rankings, increased website visits, and longer time spent on the site. - Optimize user funnels, ensuring a smooth transition from enquiry to qualified lead, site visit to sales. Qualifications Required: - Ownership of the role, with a self-starter mentality and a passion for digital marketing. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with expertise in content development and planning. - Attention to detail, self-motivation, and creative problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage agency partners effectively.
