As a Digital Marketing & Content Creator at Yanolja Cloud Solution Pvt. Ltd. (YCS), formerly eZee Technosys, a global hospitality technology provider, your role involves crafting impactful digital campaigns by combining innovation with data-driven insights. You will be responsible for understanding audience behavior, identifying country-specific trends, and developing engaging content across various digital platforms to boost brand visibility and drive engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research and analyze user experience patterns and regional trends to shape content strategy for countries like USA, Mexico, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Africa, etc. - Identify content gaps and propose innovative formats to enhance brand storytelling. - Develop a quarterly content calendar integrating organic and paid media activities. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create high-impact campaign concepts. **Content Creation & Design:** - Create engaging, platform-optimized content for Meta Ads, Google Ads, websites, blogs, brochures, flyers, event presentations, and social media channels. - Design visually appealing creatives for online and offline marketing. - Produce engaging short-form and long-form videos for multiple channels. - Repurpose existing content into localized versions for different markets. **Event & Brand Support:** - Design event PPTs and marketing collaterals for trade shows, webinars, and product launches. - Develop event-specific branding kits including banners, stands, invites, and digital promos. - Collaborate with event teams to ensure visual storytelling aligns with the brand's global positioning. - Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Creative thinking with a strong sense of visual storytelling. - 25 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation. - Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar. - Strong experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads creative requirements. - Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar. - Ability to adapt designs for different cultures and regions. - Excellent command of written and verbal English.
