Sr Development Operations Engineer

You will be responsible for supporting enterprise application development with a focus on capturing real-time opportunities and volumes for banks, merchants, and billers. Your role will involve working in Java and/or C on Unix/Linux environments, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. As a DevOps/SRE professional, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment principles is essential, along with proficiency in automated build and deployment toolsets such as Jenkins, Maven, Make, Helm, and Ansible. Experience with version control systems like GIT and Bitbucket, as well as familiarity with Linux and automation tools like Terraform and Ansible, will be beneficial. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Groovy, and Python is required, along with experience in container technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, OpenShift, or AKS. Additional qualifications include expertise in Kubernetes, software-defined networking, availability zones, managed services, and deployment automation supportability on public cloud platforms. Experience with agile backlog management tools, monitoring tooling, SQL and NoSQL databases, and Kafka is a plus.
