Sr Development Operations Engineer

You will be part of a team that helps banks, merchants, and billers seize real-time opportunities and volumes to meet the evolving needs of consumers and business customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supporting enterprise application development with 7+ years of experience, preferably in Java and/or C on Unix/Linux environments. - Working in a DevOps/SRE role with at least 3 years of experience. - Understanding the software development lifecycle phases and principles of continuous integration and continuous deployment. - Utilizing automated build and deployment toolsets like Jenkins, Maven, Make, Helm, and Ansible. - Proficiency in version control systems such as GIT and Bitbucket. - Familiarity with Linux, Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages like Bash, Groovy, and Python. - Experience with container and container management technologies like Docker. - Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, OpenShift, AKS. - Working with Kubernetes, software-defined networking, availability zones, regions, managed services, PaaS, deployment automation supportability, and operations on the public cloud, with a preference for Azure. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience with agile backlog management tools like Atlassian Jira or similar. - Proficiency in monitoring tooling such as Elastic stack, Prometheus, Grafana. - Working knowledge of SQL Databases (e.g., Oracle, Postgres) and NoSQL Databases (e.g., Cassandra). - Experience with Kafka.
