Role & responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Pages, and Copilot Studio).
• Architect and implement Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management) to enable seamless data connectivity and system interoperability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and deliver end-to-end digital solutions.
• Champion best practices in security, governance, and data integrity across all implementations.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Stay current with emerging features and capabilities within Power Platform and Azure ecosystems.
• Represent MNP at community and client events, promoting awareness of our digital capabilities and services.
• Develop a deep understanding of MNPs business offerings and industry landscape to align solutions with strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading successful digital solution projects using Power Platform and Azure Integration Services.
• Expertise in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Pages, Copilot Studio).
• Strong knowledge of Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure enterprise-grade solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, innovation, and a collaborative team mindset.

Preferred candidate profile:

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor Or Masters in Technology OR
• Bachelor Or Master of Computer Applications

Certifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) is desired

Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience with Power Automate and Power Platform solution development
• At least 1 year of experience developing solutions with Copilot Studio is preferable.
• At least 2 years of experience developing independent low code Power Apps / Canvas
• Deep knowledge in Software Product Development processes and design, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid.
• Proven experience in complex integration of multiple systems.
