Sr. Developer, PHP

We are searching for skilled developers to be a part of our team; your ability and dedication are valued more than your current skill set. It is essential for you to have experience in object-oriented programming and modular programming. You should have a strong understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks. In terms of PHP, you must be a proficient PHP5 developer, well-versed in the latest features in PHP 5.2.X and 5.3.X. Expertise in modern database development using MySQL is crucial; familiarity with terms like "trigger" and "view" is expected. Proficiency in XHTML/CSS/Javascript/AJAX is necessary, with expert-level skills in Javascript/XHTML/CSS development. Experience with jQuery is preferred. We are looking for self-starters who can quickly adapt to tasks without extensive guidance. Knowledge of front-end development, including jQuery, is desirable but not mandatory. An understanding of Ajax is essential. Ideally, you should have experience in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional specification authoring, development, testing, and delivery. Some familiarity with the Linux command line is preferred. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. While the ability to manage a small team of 5-6 people is desirable, it is not a mandatory requirement.
