Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 12 to 16 years of experience in Analytics Analysis and Design with a strong background in Networks. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role involves developing and implementing advanced network solutions to drive our companys success and positively impact society.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of advanced network solutions to meet business requirements.
Oversee the analysis and design of network systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Provide expertise in analytics to drive data-driven decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis of network performance and identify areas for improvement.
Design and implement scalable network architectures to support business growth.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in network design and implementation.
Develop and maintain documentation for network systems and processes.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in network analytics and design.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of network systems and processes.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Must have extensive experience in analytics analysis and design.
Strong background in network systems and technologies is required.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Experience with industry standards and best practices in network design is a must.
