Work Timing: 12:30PM to 9:30PM IST (Flexible in work timing). Work Location: Chennai (Hybrid). Note: We are looking for candidates who can start Immediately with max one-month notice period. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain robust Ruby on Rails APIs to support seamless communication between the backend and frontend applications. Collaborate closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements into the application, ensuring consistent functionality and performance. Optimize backend processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance API reliability and scalability. Ensure secure data handling and implement best practices for authentication, authorization, and API endpoint management. Skills: Ruby on Rails Expertise: Seeking candidates with strong experience in Ruby on Rails framework, including proficiency in its core features such as MVC architecture, Active Record, RESTful APIs, and background job processing. React Development Skills: Must have hands-on experience with React, including deep knowledge of hooks (useState, useEffect, etc.), Redux for state management, and building scalable, dynamic user interfaces. React Native Proficiency: Experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, ensuring seamless performance and user experience across iOS and Android devices. Next.js Knowledge: Familiarity with Next.js core features, including server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API routes for building high-performance web applications. User Authentication Implementation: Proven ability to implement secure user authentication systems using tools such as OAuth, JWT, or other modern authentication mechanisms. Collaborative Development: Comfortable working in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex is-sues in web and mobile applications, ensuring high-quality and reliable software delivery. You have the talent.
