Job Description

Expert knowledge in MS-office & AutoCAD.
Knowledge of simulation tools such as PVcase and Sketchup.
Familiar with Engineering standards - IS, BS, IEEE, NEC, IEC, EN
Proficient in preparation of Bill of Quantities
Preparation and review of technical specifications.
Sizing/selection of PV module, SCB, Transformer, Inverter, MV/LV switchgear, Cable, DG, UPS, Battery etc.
Calculation of Cable sizing, system Fault current, Power loss, Earthing, Lightning protection system, Lighting/Illumination system.
Design & Drafting of Equipment & Cabling Layouts, SLD/Schemes, General Arrangements (GA) of Indoor/Outdoor Switchyard drawings.
Review/Prepare PV plant related Array layout, Cable routing layout etc. in Autocad.

Specific knowledge of solar plant components is required.
