Sr. Data Solutions Consultant

Role Overview: As a Senior Data Solutions Consultant at Addepar, you will take on the responsibility of leading complex and high-touch client data implementation projects. Your role will involve designing scalable solutions to transform and integrate clients" portfolio data into Addepar. You will be a subject-matter expert across both technical and business domains, consulting with clients on sophisticated investment data challenges. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving internal innovation, developing automation, tooling, and best practices to enable scale and elevate global operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead complex client implementations by architecting and executing data conversion projects to extract, transform, and load historical portfolio data from clients" legacy systems into Addepar. - Design scalable data solutions by translating unique client requirements into flexible, sustainable workflows that enable accurate reporting and analysis. - Manage a portfolio of high-impact projects, overseeing multiple concurrent client engagements, prioritizing effectively, and driving each project to successful completion. - Improve team capability by building or enhancing internal tools, scripts, and frameworks that enhance efficiency, data quality, and scalability. - Serve as a subject-matter expert for investment-related data, collaborating closely with Services, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver tailored client outcomes. - Provide guidance and technical mentorship to peers, contributing to best practices and knowledge-sharing across the Data Solutions function. - Identify and lead opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance delivery processes and workflows to champion operational excellence. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in technology, finance, or consulting, with a strong track record of leading complex data or financial system integration projects. - Experience with Python, including hands-on experience manipulating large datasets, building ETL pipelines, or automating data workflows. - Deep domain knowledge in investment management, including understanding diverse asset classes, financial instruments, and portfolio accounting principles. - Significant hands-on experience working with investment data sources, such as security master files, transaction and pricing data, and market data feeds. - Exceptional communication skills to effectively translate technical concepts into business outcomes. - Creative problem-solving skills, operating with ownership and accountability in ambiguous environments. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and scale. - Ability to work effectively across teams and functions to deliver measurable impact. - Preference for individuals with experience in post-sales activities.,
