Sr. Data Science / AI Solutioning & Delivery Lead

As a Senior Data Science / AI Solutioning & Delivery Lead with 12+ years of experience, your role will be pivotal in shaping AI solution strategy, architecting scalable models, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring successful delivery of business-impacting outcomes for global clients. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with stakeholders to identify AI/ML opportunities and translate business challenges into well-defined problem statements. - Drive solution architecture including data pipelines, model design, deployment, and MLOps. - Evaluate emerging technologies for enterprise contexts. - Lead delivery of AI/ML projects across domains, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable outcomes. - Oversee project scoping, planning, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. - Define best practices for model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring. - Establish governance frameworks for AI projects. - Mentor and guide data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts. - Scale teams dynamically to support diverse delivery models. - Encourage cross-functional collaboration with data engineering, product, and technology teams. - Remain hands-on in advanced modeling, prototyping, and reviewing critical projects. - Apply ML/AI techniques for classification, regression, forecasting, NLP, and computer vision. - Demonstrate proficiency in Python, R, SQL, ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and modern MLOps practices. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Masters or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, AI/ML, Statistics, or related field. - Experience: 12+ years in data science/AI with at least 5 years in leadership roles. - Proven record of delivering AI/ML solutions at scale. - Strong expertise in solutioning, pre-sales support, coding, model building, and deployment. - Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Exposure to multiple industries preferred. - Understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and compliance regulations.
