Sr Data Analyst - Tableau & Databricks

As a Senior Data Analyst specializing in Tableau and Databricks, you will play a crucial role in the data team by transforming complex data into actionable insights using visually engaging dashboards and reports. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing advanced Tableau visualizations to facilitate business decision-making. - Integrating Tableau with Databricks for efficient data access and visualization from various sources. - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure data accuracy and security in visualizations. - Documenting best practices for visualization design, data governance, and dashboard deployment. - Staying updated with the latest features of Tableau and Databricks. To qualify for this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. - At least 5 years of experience in building Tableau dashboards and visualizations. - Hands-on experience integrating Tableau with Databricks. - Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and proficiency in writing optimized SQL queries. - Experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud deployment. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience with scripting or automation tools. - Familiarity with other BI tools and cloud platforms. - Tableau certification. - Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards. Soft skills such as strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will also be beneficial for this role.
