Sr Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst at Syneos Health in Buenos Aires, you will be part of a leading biopharmaceutical solutions organization focused on accelerating customer success. In this role, you will be responsible for independently solving complex questions, designing and analyzing tests and experiments, and presenting findings to customers to drive desired outcomes efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the proper implementation of various analytics platforms, documenting analytical processes and projects, and developing performance dashboards based on customer feedback. Additionally, you will provide advice to clients on best practices, support data quality, and mentor junior team members. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Statistics. You must possess strong data manipulation skills, including querying and manipulating data with SQL, advanced MS Excel proficiency, and knowledge of Python or R. Experience with A/B conversion testing and working with Snowflake Data Cloud is essential, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with IT and data engineering teams. Excellent written and oral communication skills are crucial for this role, as you will be delivering insights and reports to customers through PowerPoint slides. Experience with building dashboards in PowerBI or Tableau is preferred. Moreover, familiarity with clinical decision support systems, cloud platforms, and data processing tools like Databricks and Apache Spark will be advantageous.
