Sr. Data Analyst - Pharma Specialty Data

As a Senior Data Analyst specializing in Pharma Specialty Data, you will play a crucial role in extracting insights from complex datasets related to pharmaceuticals. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making in commercial, medical, and market access functions. Your responsibilities will include developing dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, performing data cleansing and validation, defining KPIs, and presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner. With over 6 years of experience in pharma/life sciences data analytics, you possess a strong understanding of specialty pharmacy distribution models and data sources. Your proficiency in SQL and data visualization platforms, coupled with experience in real-world data and compliance frameworks like HIPAA, will be critical to your success in this role. Additionally, your excellent communication and storytelling skills will enable you to effectively convey insights to stakeholders. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science is preferred, along with prior experience working with commercial analytics or market access teams. Exposure to omnichannel analytics or patient journey mapping would be advantageous in this position.
