Sr Dairy Technologist

As a candidate for this role, you should have experience in a Dairy Plant environment, specifically in producing various types of milk such as FCM, SM, TM, among others. Your expertise should cover operating and maintaining equipment like the Homogeniser and pasteuriser, with the ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Additionally, you should be familiar with packing milk into pouches and troubleshooting the pouch-making machine. Your responsibilities will include producing other milk products like Curd, Ghee, Paneer, and utilizing the appropriate culture for these products. You will be expected to be fully hands-on in operating the milk plant, conducting Fat and SNF tests to ensure compliance with current FSSAI standards, and performing quality checks on both the milk and milk products. As a senior-level professional, you should be capable of working independently while also being a team player.
