Job Description

The role is responsible for network operations and maintenance. You will be involved in maintaining, administering, upgrading, and troubleshooting network tools and equipment. Additionally, you will assist with and implement installations for new and existing customer and internal projects, which includes terminations, testing, labelling of transmission mediums, and hardware installations. Your responsibilities also include ensuring SLAs are achieved, conducting vulnerability assessments for networks, servers, applications, and operating systems, as well as performing network security audits and scanning on a predetermined basis. You will compile and track vulnerabilities over time for metrics purposes and ensure timely upgradation of all tools and related documents like SOPs. To excel in this role, you need to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and have prior experience in providing technical support in fast-paced, high availability, 24x7 environments. A good knowledge of network and operating systems is also desired.,
