Sr CRA I - Beijing

As a Sr CRA I at Syneos Health in Beijing, you will play a crucial role in monitoring clinical research studies to ensure trials are conducted in accordance with widely accepted clinical practices. Your responsibilities will include conducting on-site and remote monitoring, developing tools and procedures for quality monitoring, and ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP, and protocol compliance at all stages of the clinical trial process. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure regulatory, ICH-GCP, and protocol compliance during site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management, and close-out visits - Evaluate overall site performance, provide recommendations for site-specific actions, and communicate serious issues to the project team - Verify the informed consent process, protect subject/patient confidentiality, and assess factors affecting subject/patient safety and data integrity - Review clinical data accuracy, completeness, and apply query resolution techniques - Verify site compliance with electronic data capture requirements and investigational product inventory - Document activities accurately and maintain required project documents - Manage site-level activities and communication to meet project objectives and timelines - Act as the primary liaison with study site personnel, ensure training and compliance, and provide guidance for audit readiness - Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to junior CRAs Qualifications: - Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will be considered - Knowledge and skills typically acquired through advanced education in a relevant field In addition to the above responsibilities, it is important to note that tasks, duties, and responsibilities as listed in this job description are not exhaustive.
