Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the North America Beverage organization, specifically supporting the Merchandising Center of Excellence team at Pepsi Beverages Company. Your role as an Analyst is crucial in ensuring exceptional operational services are delivered to sales employees across various teams and markets. Your responsibilities will include assessing equipment inventory, validating orders, monitoring equipment orders, preparing reports, and continuously seeking opportunities to enhance processes for improved quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Review and validate field orders for Permanent or Temporary merchandise equipment prior to placement - Monitor equipment orders from placement to delivery using internal systems - Maintain equipment inventory database and track orders - Report any inventory variances and issues to Sector or Division teams promptly - Prepare order tracking and delivery reports for internal and external audiences as required - Analyze status, delays, and tracking in-depth - Collaborate with multiple functions to gather insights for cause of change analysis - Identify opportunities for process improvements and take necessary actions - Implement enhancements, simplify processes, standardize reports, and optimize technology usage - Manage expectations through verbal and written communication with headquarter partners - Work with sales functions on equipment orders, delivery tracking, and issue resolution - Ensure accurate and timely data delivery according to service level agreements - Focus on speed of execution and service quality over SLA achievement - Scale-up operations in alignment with business growth opportunities - Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in Data analysis, Finance, or Marketing - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Engineering - Prior experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company is mandatory - Proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI - Willingness to learn PepsiCo software systems - Ability to deliver superior customer service - Strong time management skills, multitasking ability, priority setting, and planning capabilities Additional Company Details: Omitted as there are no specific details provided in the job description.,
