Sr. Consultant - SAP MDM

As a SAP MDM Professional at YASH Technologies, you will be responsible for developing detailed plans, leading projects, ensuring quality assurance, performing integration testing, and providing knowledge transfer to functional analysts. Your role will involve acting as the technical expert, complying with coding standards, providing ongoing development and mentoring to direct reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction by following all design work protocols. - Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for project completion - Actively lead projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives - Lead the team in understanding ASIS situation and design and validate the To Be design - Review unit test plans and quality assurance plans - Perform integration testing to ensure new functionality does not affect existing functionality - Ensure knowledge transfer to functional analysts - Act as the technical expert in identifying application issues and providing solutions - Follow design work and integration testing protocols, change control procedures, and coding standards - Provide ongoing development, feedback, coaching, and mentoring to direct reports - Comply with all coding standards and performance measures as per customer/organization guidelines - Specialized knowledge of customers" business domain and technology suite - In-depth understanding of project documentation like BBP & Solution Design, FS etc. - Specialized knowledge of customers" business processes and relevant technology platform or product - Ability to create complex business models in line with customer requirements - Specialized knowledge of solution design, scope analysis, and building blocks for business cases - Ability to translate key business drivers into solution components - Specialized knowledge of requirement management processes and tools - Ability to extract requirements for complex scenarios and prototype independently - Ability to create iteration and system integration test plans - Strong behavioral competencies including driving results, collaboration, accountability, communication, agility, customer focus, and conflict resolution At YASH Technologies, you are empowered to create a career path that aligns with your goals while working in an inclusive team environment.
