Overview:

Position:

Location: Noida

Job Type: Full Time

Work Type: Onsite

Work with customers on the installation, integration, deployment, & enhancement of CyberArk software.
Configure CyberArk solutions as defined by the Solution Architect and begin to contribute to solution definition.
Communicate to clients the solution and the implementation at the technical and functional level.
Collaborate effectively within a team structure and can take on tasks independently, following them through to completion.
Act as the primary point of contact for all onsite IAM-related issues, queries and deployments.
Communicate to clients both the aspects of the solution and the implementation at the technical and functional level.

Roles & Responsibilities:

CyberArk Specialist will be working on projects ranging from small to large with varying complexity.
The personnel will largely operate independently, providing best practices to customers through working sessions and troubleshooting.
The candidate will be deployed to the customer’s on-site location (Noida) and will be part of the client's global delivery Center in Pune.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related field.
6-8 years of Professional Services/Implementation experience in IAM.
Min 4 years of Professional Services/Implementation/hands-on experience in CyberArk On-Prem Solution
Min 2 years of customer handling experience.
CDE certification (preferred).
Any other PAM product knowledge will be a plus.

Required Skills:

Solid Development/Implementation hands-on experience in CyberArk PAM OnPrem Solution.
Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
Technical Stakeholder communication and management
Should be able to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in multi-site deployment of CyberArk PAM Solution.
