Job Description

Role Overview: With more than 45,000 employees and partners worldwide, the Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization aims to empower customers to accelerate business value through differentiated customer experiences leveraging Microsoft's products and services. As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in Business Applications, you will play a crucial role in driving customers" business applications, enabling low code agility, and transforming customers with AI. This customer-facing role involves owning technical & business relationships and strategies between the customer and Microsoft, assisting customers in leveraging their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements. Key Responsibilities: - **Customer Centricity:** - **Voice Of the Customer:** Act as the voice of the customer/partner, sharing ideas, feedback, insights, and success stories with Engineering teams and internal communities. - **Trusted Advisor:** Identify customer problems and provide business applications or solutions aligned with Microsoft's product strategy. Build relationships with technical decision-makers and contribute to bridging the gap between technical and business decision-makers. - **Deliver Customer Satisfaction:** Focus on customer/partner experience through efficient delivery and ensuring a connected customer experience. - **Delivers Business Impact:** - **Drive Consumption/Usage:** Deliver solutions using company methodologies to support customer readiness and goals. Proactively apply change management to drive adoption and boost retention & growth. - **Resolve Blockers:** Identify and mitigate blockers to accelerate solution deployment and usage. - **Identify Opportunities:** Proactively identify new opportunities for Consumption, Usage & Unified expansion. Capture opportunities aligned with Microsoft's Customer Engagement Model. - **Operational Excellence & Agility:** Operate according to operational excellence standards throughout all sales activities. - **Technical Leadership:** - **Continuous Upskilling & Improvement:** Role model technical readiness aligned with solution area priorities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field - 8+ years experience in Business Applications (CRM, ERP, Low-code/No-code, Agentic), architecture, and/or consulting OR - Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in Business Applications (CRM, ERP, Low-code/No-code, Agentic), architecture, and/or consulting OR - Equivalent experience - 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role - 4+ years experience working on technical projects - Prior experience as a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) engaging with stakeholders at all levels within enterprise organizations (Note: The additional details of the company were not explicitly mentioned in the provided job description.),
