Responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner in order to convert the query and bring in more revenue. Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service. Developing Strategies to increase customer engagement. Creating a positive on-boarding experience for new clients. Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings. Ensuring that clients are satisfied with the company’s products and services in order to increase client retention, and decrease complaint ratio. Handling Client objections and complaints. Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure accurate execution/deliveries of projects/orders. Maintaining an accurate record of all existing clients.
