Sr. Chemist / QC Executive (Mae Only)

As a Quality Control Officer in the dairy industry, your primary role will be to conduct inspection tests and analyze the quality of milk. You will be responsible for ensuring that raw milk meets the required standards by grading it based on quality, temperature, and other relevant parameters. It will be crucial for you to monitor, maintain, and update accurate data in a timely manner, without any deviations. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare day-to-day reports to track the quality control processes effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct inspection tests to evaluate the quality of milk - Grade raw milk based on quality standards, temperature, and other parameters - Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records - Prepare daily reports on quality control activities - Develop and implement strategies to enhance product quality and safety in the dairy industry Qualifications Required: - B.Tech in Dairy Technology or B.Sc. in Chemistry Experience: - 3 to 6 years of experience in the dairy industry Additional Details: You must have a solid understanding of the dairy industry to excel in this role.
