Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Care Manager focusing on elder care. Located in the Kolkata metropolitan area, the Sr Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing case management, training staff, coordinating elder care services, and liaising with social service organizations. Day-to-day tasks include managing client cases, developing care plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Case Management and Training
• Experience in Elder Care and Social Services
• Knowledge of Medicine as it pertains to elder care
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Gerontology, or related field
