Role & responsibilities

Hands on online & offline programming experience in
MASTERCAM / CATIA
latest version.

Knowledge on machine tool selection, machine settings, fixture designing & planning, AS Documentation.

Hands on programming experience for 3, 4 & 5 Axis Machines.

Experience to Prove out process is mandatory.

Experience in Process planning, FAI execution planning and engineering specification knowledge.

Experience in planning of process improvement / optimisation cost reduction and savings.

Machine shop experience and knowledge is preferred on DMU, HAAS, Doosan, ACE milling and turning machines with Siemens, Heidenheim & Fanuc controls systems.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Mastercam and Catia

Knowledge of Siemens, Heidenheim and Fanuc controls

Aerospace machining experience preferred
