Sr. Buyer with French

As a Sr. Buyer with French at Wipro Technologies in Timisoara/Bucharest, you will play a crucial role in building and managing a strong relationship with our client organization in the energy and utility industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely processing of requests related to acquisition strategy such as RFX/Contracts, contract validation, PO creation, PO amendments, and sending POs. - Preparing documentation and managing RFX analysis, including writing technical and commercial summaries/analyses of RFX and selecting suppliers based on RFX. - Managing the entire process from request to finalization of contracts or RFX. - Managing Purchase Request processes (PRs) and providing support for internal clients in the RFX process. - Creating, publishing, managing, and analyzing RFX, writing technical and commercial summaries/analyses of RFX, final supplier selection, and contacting suppliers to collect necessary information. - Managing the request for offers process, including contract negotiations, and drafting contracts from templates, administering, and archiving contracts in the necessary system. Qualifications required for this role include: - Good French and English language skills, both written and conversational. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement/RFX/Contract Management. - Analytical thinking and negotiation skills. - Previous experience in BPO/Procurement/Customer Support would be a plus. - Previous experience in SAP/Ariba/S2C/other procurement tools.
