As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining reporting solutions across various departments within our organization. Your expertise in Tableau will be instrumental in enhancing our business intelligence capabilities and facilitating data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with teams such as Data, Credit, Finance, Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and implementing dashboards and reports to meet business requirements using Tableau or Sigma. - Creating visually appealing and interactive visualizations to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders. - Optimizing workbooks and data sources for improved performance and scalability. - Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and translate them into visual representations. - Building custom calculations, parameters, filters, and other advanced BI functionalities to address specific business needs.
