Sr. Business Development Manager(Bulk Handling Equipment)

Job Title / description:

The Senior BDM is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the fabrication sector. This role focuses on expanding the company’s client base, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through proactive market engagement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. (MBA is a plus.) 7-10 years of experience in business development, preferably in fabrication, engineering, or heavy industry. Strong network within fabrication or related sectors (construction, infrastructure, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong technical understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and project delivery. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
