Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0-2 Years Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you’ll handle day-to-day tasks related to business development, including identifying opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating contracts. This role requires strategic thinking to meet sales targets and contribute to company growth. Join our dynamic team as an Inside sales Executive to generate and manage business opportunities across India. You’ll act as a specialist in student course advising and career mentoring, focusing on our unique educational programs. Key Responsibilities: Counseling - Engage with prospective students and professionals to understand their educational and career goals. Provide detailed information about available courses and guide students in choosing the best fit based on their background and aspirations. Follow up leads to converting them into enrollments. Explain the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the courses offered. Highlight the career opportunities and industry relevance of the programs to prospective students. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and enrolled students to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Preferred Skills: Proven experience in the EdTech industry is a plus. Freshers can also apply. One South Indian language required Sound judgment and good business sense. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life science, Pharmacy or related field.
