Sr. Business Analyst - IT

You will be responsible for understanding client requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will analyze business processes, existing systems, and requirements to propose functional designs. Your role will involve creating initial scope and detailed software requirement specification documents, as well as wireframes with coordination from designers for design mock-ups. Presentation of these documents to clients for sign-off will also be part of your responsibilities. Throughout the software development lifecycle, you will liaise with development and testing teams to provide necessary support in understanding requirements. Managing scope extensions, supporting the delivery team, and overseeing change request documents will also fall under your purview. You will be expected to review design mock-ups from an internal UAT perspective, stay updated on market trends, and enhance your skills accordingly. Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously are key attributes for this role. Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, as well as proficiency in communications, project management, Microsoft Office, and wireframing are essential.
