Sr. Business Analyst - IT

Role Overview: As a member of the team, your role will involve understanding client requirements and suggesting the right solutions. You will analyze business processes, existing systems, and requirements to propose functional design. Your responsibilities will also include creating initial scope and detailed software requirement specification documents, as well as wireframes, and coordinating with designers for design mock-ups. You will be presenting documents to clients for sign-off and liaising with development and testing teams throughout the software development lifecycle to provide necessary support in understanding requirements. Additionally, you will manage scope extensions, support the delivery team, manage CR documents, review design mock-ups from an internal UAT point of view, and stay updated on market trends to upgrade your skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, as well as proficiency in communications, project management, Microsoft Office, and wireframing, will be key to your success in this role.
