You will be responsible for designing low and high fidelity wireframes, visual designs, and interactions for web, email, and apps. Your designs should be aligned with user stories and modules, catering to various devices such as mobile, tablet, and desktop. It is important to ensure consistency and standardization in your designs. Taking a user-centered design approach is crucial in this role. You will have to present wireframes to stakeholders, defend design decisions, and incorporate feedback to improve deliverables iteratively. Running design sprints to define solutions for user problems will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the Engineering team is essential to ensure fit-and-finish polish for each sprint. Additionally, you will conduct testing of completed applications, websites, and software to assess user experience. Working closely with the graphic design team to understand project requirements, target audience, key messaging, and translating them into visual solutions is also expected. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in designing web and mobile applications/platforms. A solid understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design is required. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Illustrator, Figma, etc., is important. Experience in HTML/CSS/JS is a plus. Your experience should include creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking, along with the ability to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete design implications, is crucial. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary for this role. While a Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is preferred, self-taught design professionals are also encouraged to apply. A positive attitude and belief in teamwork are highly valued. Finally, a strong portfolio showcasing your work will be required as part of the application process.,
