Sr. BIM Modeler (SCAN TO BIM)

As a Sr. BIM Modeler (SCAN TO BIM) at Infinite Edge Designs, located in Ahmedabad, your role will involve converting point cloud data into precise BIM models while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include interpreting and processing scanned data, creating detailed 3D models, collaborating with architects and engineers, and conducting quality assurance checks on the outputs. Additionally, you will be tasked with integrating and coordinating architectural and MEP elements within BIM environments. Key Responsibilities: - Convert point cloud data into accurate BIM models - Interpret and process scanned data - Develop detailed 3D models - Collaborate with architects and engineers - Review outputs for quality assurance - Integrate and coordinate architectural and MEP elements within BIM environments Qualifications: - Proficiency in BIM workflows, including SCAN to BIM, CAD to BIM, and PDF to BIM processes - Strong skills in 3D modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and associated tools - Experience in interpreting and working with point cloud data for integration into BIM models - Knowledge of architectural and MEP design standards and codes, particularly for international markets - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for data accuracy and model integration - Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and meet project deadlines - Bachelors degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred,
