Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sr. BIM Modeler (SCAN TO BIM) located in Ahmedabad. The Sr. BIM Modeler will be responsible for converting point cloud data into accurate BIM models, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting and processing scanned data, developing detailed 3D models, collaborating with architects and engineers, and reviewing outputs for quality assurance. The role also involves the integration and coordination of architectural and MEP elements within BIM environments. Qualifications Proficiency in BIM workflows, including SCAN to BIM, CAD to BIM, and PDF to BIM processes Strong skills in 3D modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and associated tools Experience in interpreting and working with point cloud data and integrating it into BIM models Knowledge of architectural and MEP design standards and codes, especially for international markets Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for data accuracy and model integration Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and meet project deadlines Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
