Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and manage the end-to-end

    B2B sales process

    , including presales, negotiations, and closures.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at large IT companies and corporations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
  • Present and demonstrate hardware and software solutions to prospective clients effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions based on customer needs.
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with client requirements and company standards.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies, products, and services in the hardware and software domain.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 510 years of proven experience in

    hardware and software sales

    , preferably in the electronic components or semiconductor industry.
  • Strong knowledge of

    B2B sales processes, presales, and closing techniques
