Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and manage the end-to-end
B2B sales process
, including presales, negotiations, and closures.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at large IT companies and corporations.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
Present and demonstrate hardware and software solutions to prospective clients effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions based on customer needs.
Develop proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with client requirements and company standards.
Track and report sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
Stay updated with the latest technologies, products, and services in the hardware and software domain.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
510 years of proven experience in
hardware and software sales
, preferably in the electronic components or semiconductor industry.
Strong knowledge of
B2B sales processes, presales, and closing techniques
.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in engaging with large IT companies and corporate clients.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage pipelines and forecasts effectively.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
Experience in liaising and managing high-value partnerships and engagements.
