Sr Associate - Video Content

As a Senior Associate - Video Content at IIDE, you will be responsible for leading the creation of engaging video content that represents our brand identity. This role is based in Lower Parel & Andheri, Mumbai, and will involve overseeing all aspects of video production, from conceptualization to final delivery. Your contribution will be instrumental in enhancing our video storytelling efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, filming, and editing marketing video content. You will also lead pre-production tasks such as scripting, storyboarding, and scheduling shoots. Additionally, you will mentor and supervise video editors to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of videos. It will be your responsibility to maintain all cameras and equipment, ensuring they are regularly serviced and ready for use. Collaboration with the creative team is crucial in aligning video content with branding and marketing goals. You will stay updated on video production trends and technologies to drive innovation and enhance the quality of our videos. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2-4 years of experience in video production and editing. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro is essential. Strong organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and a thorough understanding of digital cameras and equipment are also required. Additionally, having a flair for creating compelling video narratives, attention to detail, and proven experience in collaborating with creative teams are important qualities.
