Job Description

Summary of Position:

As a Sr. Associate I, Software Engineering specializing on front-end and user interface development, testing and Support, your primary responsibility will be ensuring timely delivery of related software solutions for the Digital Cockpit, Rule Studio, and Service Portal applications including enhancements/bug fixes/new features. Ensure smooth operation of our ISS portal hosted on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform. This role requires a strong focus on providing timely and effective deliverables and support to users, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain the portal's availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

The Sr. Associate I, Software Engineering (Science/Tech/Engineering Path), is primarily responsible for designing and developing software solutions by applying technical expertise and collaborating with other engineers. Specifics include:
Design and implement software solutions based on requirements Enhancing the Digital Cockpit, Rule Studio, and Service Portal applications with new features, bug fixes, and improvements using Angular, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Bitbucket, Git, AWS, and HTML/CSS Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality code standards Collaborate within a cross-functional Agile team to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions through iterative development cycles and continuous feedback. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues promptly Build technical expertise and develop problem-solving skills Contribute to software development projects, ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements Make decisions on design and implementation within assigned tasks, working under the guidance of senior engineers for complex decisions Associate must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training. Associate is responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization. Compliance with regulatory requirements and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential to our operations.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent years of applicable experience
Experience: 4-6 years total exp with min 3 years in Angular. o Min. 2 years of business analysis work preferably with some familiarity of Medical devices and commercial applications o The candidate should possess strong skills in JavaScript and experience in using UI component libraries such as Taiga and Material UI.
o Working experience using AWS cloud , Angular (2+)(Version 14+) , PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Bitbucket, Git, HTML/CSS.

o The candidate should have experience in Agile development.
o Basic knowledge of Drools Rules Engine is highly desirable o The candidate should possess strong skills in JavaScript and experience in using UI component libraries such as Taiga and Material UI. o Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a breadth and variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
