Sr. Associate Operations Specialist- Order Management

As a Sr. Associate Operations Specialist at Coupa, you will be part of a global team responsible for updating, reviewing, analyzing, and correcting all closed/won Salesforce opportunities daily. Your primary role will involve taking ownership of opportunities post order form negotiation, processing the final document for execution, and ensuring all relevant fields are updated on the Salesforce record within 24 hours. Additionally, you will support the overall provisioning process to deliver subscription products to customers in accordance with the documented process. This includes accurate entitlements analysis and coordination with revenue and FP&A teams for precise revenue recognition and financial planning. Key Responsibilities: - Update, review, analyze, and correct all closed/won Salesforce opportunities daily - Take ownership of opportunities post order form negotiation - Process final documents for execution and update relevant fields on Salesforce record within 24 hours - Support the provisioning process for delivering subscription products to customers - Conduct accurate entitlements analysis and coordinate with revenue and FP&A teams for revenue recognition and financial planning - Support CVM and Sales teams with contract and entitlement questions - Maintain the accuracy of global customer entitlement records Qualifications Required: - Passion for ensuring accurate and aligned processes - Ability to effectively support CVM and Sales teams - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Prior experience in order management or similar role preferred Coupa is committed to equal opportunity and fosters a welcoming and inclusive work environment where hiring, compensation, training, and performance evaluation decisions are made fairly.
