• 5+ years of experience in content writing, content curation, and/or editing.
• Excellent command over written and verbal English.
• Strong passion and ability to create SEO-focused and internet-optimized content.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both tech-savvy audiences and laymen, switching tone as needed.
• Experience in producing content for websites, blogs, social media content & case studies, especially IT-related, is required.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media, emails, and case studies, with strong expertise in social media writing, video storylines, and product video content.
• Write in-depth, technically sound case studies based on company projects, showcasing challenges, solutions, technology stacks, and outcomes.
• Conduct keyword research and integrate targeted keywords into content to improve SEO performance.
• Write content that resonates with diverse target audiences and manage content requirements across a wide range of clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to produce relevant and insightful content.
• Create compelling storylines and scripts for product or service videos that communicate value, strengthen brand presence, and engage audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and cross-functional teams to develop content strategies aligned with business goals.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistent tone and style.
• Stay up-to-date with content-writing best practices and emerging technologies to enhance content strategies.
• Use analytics tools to track and measure content performance, optimizing content for engagement and conversions.
• Should rely primarily on their own writing skills and creativity, with minimal use of AI tools to ensure originality and authenticity.
