About The Role: In this role, you will be responsible for: - Processing high volumes of invoices diligently and ensuring accurate data entry into the accounting system. - Matching purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to validate their precision. - Reviewing and authenticating invoice approvals and associated documentation. - Assisting in audits by furnishing the required documentation and clarifications. - Collaborating with the RPA/BOT automation team to identify process gaps and aiding in automation enhancements, including testing. Who You Are And What You Bring: We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or other ERPs, MS Tools, and advanced MS Office skills, including slide preparation, pivot tables, and advanced Excel functions. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities. - Willingness to take ownership and accountability for all assigned tasks. - Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
