As a Systems Analyst at Medline India, your role involves identifying the root cause of system issues in the TMS/WMS domain. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for defect analysis and fix, working closely with the IS/Ops community to prioritize persistent system issues, and recreating to identify the root cause. Your role includes contributing to the resolution of complex issues, liaising with various teams, and working with business users to translate requirements into system requirements. You will also be making software configuration changes to support business processes and ensuring data sensitivity and process control for security impacts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Defect Analysis and fix - Work closely with IS/Ops community to prioritize system issues - Recreate and identify root cause - Follow documentation and progress tracking processes - Provide specific workarounds for support teams - Liaison with IS Build, Ops, Run, and Vendor teams - Translate business requirements into system requirements - Perform functional analysis for designing solutions - Serve as IS point person for addressing issues and enhancements - Make software configuration changes - Develop and execute test plans **Qualification Required:** - 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in a Complex Integrated Multi-component systems landscape - Experience in WMS/TMS processes/systems and mainstream COTS TMS/WMS products - Proficient in SDLC lifecycle processes, requirements gathering, system & data analysis, software design, test planning, and execution - Good understanding of object-oriented software programming and database management systems - Strong organization & leadership skills - High learning ability - Excellent English communication skills - Understanding of PL/SQL and ability to develop medium to complex queries In addition to the required skills and experience, exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Agile Methodology, and basic knowledge of Java would be desirable for this role.
