Job Description

Responsibilities:

Quality planning, strengthen Quality control systems and support trouble shooting.
Educate QC Team for inspection, drafting check points for better quality and anti-claim production policy.
Educate QC team regarding the technical & quality aspects, reducing the rejection level.
Monitoring aspects of quality control with adoption & implementation of corrective action at right time,
Monitor, analyze Daily / Weekly/ Monthly samples & production inspection reports.
Liase with functional heads within the plant for product quality, New product development and process adherence.
To conduct meetings with the Cutting, Production supervisors, & QC for quality samples & production,
Analyse Customer complaints, implement CAPA and follow up within the Plant and with Customers.
Develop and maintain excellent relationship with customers.
Facilitate, monitor and follow up for Customer Audits.
Lead and guide all quality related aspects at the plant site by implementing quality management systems, quality plans and controls to achieve plant's objectives
Continuous training & development of employees for quality improvement
