Sr. Architect

As a Senior Architect at our company located in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, you will play a vital role in designing, planning, and coordinating architectural projects with a keen eye for functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. Your creative solutions and attention to detail will be key in delivering successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include developing architectural designs, layouts, and detailed plans, collaborating closely with clients to meet their requirements, and ensuring smooth execution by coordinating with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design and safety standards will be part of your routine, along with preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for approvals while maintaining adherence to building codes and regulations. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools. A good understanding of construction processes and materials, coupled with strong communication and problem-solving skills, will be essential. Knowledge of sustainable and innovative design practices is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as Provident Fund.
